Attorney Joseph Campbell founded Campbell Law, Michigan’s Family-First Firm, on a strong belief that everybody deserves a lawyer that will fight for justice in the legal system; and on a belief that people who have worked their entire lives to build up family wealth deserve a customized, personalized, future-proofed estate plan. Joseph hates seeing how often lawyers put profits over people and rush clients through the justice system just to make as much money as possible. Moreover, Joseph did not like seeing how lawyers treat clients like numbers with respect directly proportionate to the size of their family estate or bank account instead of with appropriate respect and human dignity. Rather than trying to quickly fit each client into the law firm's "assembly line”, Joseph decided to take a different approach.  Campbell Law, Michigan’s Family-First Firm is on the loving, caring, and compassionate side of the legal industry.

 

We work with a select group of private clients who value a personal relationship with an attorney, focus on delivering excellent client service, and enjoy collaborating  with the client to create a criminal defense action plan and an estate plan that addresses all of their customized needs and concerns. Joseph begins each meeting with a new client by finding out what is most important.  Then, once Joseph is able to understand what is important and what the goals of the client are, Joseph works together with the client to find the perfect solution.
