Holland Locklear is a native son of metro Detroit.
His fierce devotion to his community drives him to zealously represent their interests in court. He has represented thousands of clients and won millions of dollars on their behalf.
Holland is a member of the National Lawyers Guild, the Michigan Association for Justice, the State Bar of Michigan and the American Association of Justice.

Holland is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and Wayne State University. While in law school, Holland served on the boards of the National Lawyers Guild, Student Board of Governors and Damon J. Keith Students for Civil Rights. Also, Holland was honored as the National Lawyers Guild Law Student of the Year. Following law school, he gained expertise working for the Detroit region’s top civil litigation firms. Holland has successfully litigated automobile accidents, wrongful terminations, discrimination, police and government misconduct, civil rights, dog bites, premises liability, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and more.

Holland has been honored with awards including the Wayne State University Law School Silver Key Award, Public Interest Law Fellowship, Equal Justice America Fellowship and Lincoln Brigade Scholarship. In addition, he was awarded externships with the ACLU of Michigan, Sugar Law Center for Economic and Social Justice. In 2015, he was intern to Judge Victoria A. Roberts for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
